This radio-controlled talking clock is synchronized with the time of the US Atomic Clock and changes to standard time/daylight savings time automatically. Once set up, you can have your main unit display time, date, or indoor and outdoor temperatures on a large backlit LED screen. The press of a button lets you scroll through the displays. Pressing another button causes the current information to be read aloud by a pleasant female voice. Or, set this clock for automatic vocal announcements of time and temperature from 8am to 10pm. Includes a wireless remote sensor. The main unit uses 2 AA batteries (not included) and the wireless remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Weight 1.24 ounces. Size: 8-1/4" wide x 5: high x 2" deep. Wireless remote measures 3" x 2-1/2".
Listen to the clock talk!
Note: The atomic function will not operate in Hawaii or Alaska.
