About Tax and Shipping
For Washington state residents, sales tax will be added to your credit card total - the amount of tax is based on the shipping destination per Washington State Law. Note that shipping is taxable and will be calculated as part of the taxable amount.
Orders for in-stock products (unless otherwise noted in the product description) are usually shipped within two to three business days. We ship via UPS Ground from Seattle, Monday through Friday (no holidays). Once en route, UPS Ground routinely takes 3-10 business days. CCTVs generally do not ship for 2 - 3 weeks as noted in the product description.
We also ship UPS Express for an additional fee. You can view the options at checkout.
If certain items are not available to ship with your order, we will let you know. Your credit card will ONLY be charged for the amount of your order that we were able to fulfill. Once we receive the backordered item(s), we will charge your card accordingly, unless you have requested a refund or canceled the back ordered portion of your order.
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please call us or e-mail store for rates.
Please be sure that if the products you have ordered are being shipped to a commercial address, you choose the UPS Ground Business Delivery option under Shipping. Indicating a commercial address does NOT incur additional charges.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND due to concerns with product tracking and insurance. We also do not ship internationally.
