NOTES ON ACTIVATING THE CLARITY PAL CELL PHONE

There are two types of cell phones: Locked (CDMA) and Unlocked (GSM). Locked phones require service from either Sprint, Verizon, or another CDMA carrier. The Clarity Pal is an Unlocked GSM phone. GSM service providers include AT&T, T-Mobile, and numerous prepaid services.

In order to activate and use the Clarity Pal cell phone, you will need to sign up with a carrier that uses the GSM network.

ACTIVATION OPTIONS:

A. Independent: Buy a plan with the GSM service provider of your choice (Example: AT&T or T-Mobile).

B. Join The Family: Have a family member add you to an existing “family plan”.

C. Pay As You Go: Buy a SIM card from the service provider of your choice and then buy prepaid minutes online or at a retailer such as Wal-Mart or RadioShack.
